Policy
Sessions last forty-five minutes and are payable by cash, check, or credit card
(2.75% fee per swipe and 3.5% fee per manually entered transaction). If you have
a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA), you are generally
permitted to use funds from these accounts for payment for psychological services.
Please check the details of your HSA or FSA plan to verify covered service.
I do not participate in managed care, so if you wish to use your health insurance,
you would be utilizing out-of-network benefits. I will complete your insurance forms
and provide an invoice for each unit of service rendered with all of the necessary
information for you to file a claim. If this arrangement is not viable for you,
I will gladly review a list of providers that accept your insurance and make recommendations.
